At Holy Name of Jesus School, we are committed to supporting all students academically, socially, and emotionally. Our school provides workspaces, flexible seating, small group stations, student resources, and calm-down areas. Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents, we offer individualized support programs to enrich learning both inside and outside the classroom.
We use benchmark assessments, including NWEA and Terra Nova, to identify students who may need additional support. Based on these results, targeted instruction in Math and Reading are offered, including programs like the Fountas and Pinnell Leveled Literacy Program.
Social-emotional development is equally prioritized. Through life skills classes, a middle school advisory program, and a house system, students build self-esteem, strengthen social skills, foster positive relationships, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture.
