Early Gators

Early Gators is a fully staffed morning program offered to provide families with a safe place for your children to be before a day at Holy Name of Jesus School. Students are divided into different age groups.

Hours of Operation and Eligibility
Early Gators is open before carpool from 7:00 am until 7:40 am each day of school. Early Gators is only available to students enrolled at Holy Name of Jesus School for the current school year. Every student in grades PK3-7th grade is automatically registered in the Early Gators program.

Charges
Charges must be paid on time. There are two payment options for Early Gators – a drop in rate, and a monthly rate.

• Drop-In Rate
  • $5 per day, per student if you are not on a monthly plan.
  • Drop In dates will be tallied and billed through FACTS monthly.
• Monthly Rate
  • The fees will be deducted at the beginning of the following month (September-June). The rates are as follows:
    • One child: $40
    • Two children: $70
    • Three Children: $100
    • Four Children: $130

Later Gators

Later Gators offers a safe place for your children to be after a day at Holy Name of Jesus School. There are many activities available for your child to participate in. They also are given time to complete homework before heading home.

Later Gators is open from after carpool until 6:00 pm after each full day of school. Later Gators is only available to students enrolled at Holy Name of Jesus School for the current school year.

Activities Available
In addition to the standard after school care supervision, Later Gators offers a variety of classes. There is a separate fee for each class that must be scheduled and paid to the instructor separately. The list of available classes will be posted and distributed. Students who are not enrolled in monthly Later Gators will be charged the $12 Drop-In fee in addition to the cost of the class. Classes will begin after Labor Day for the first semester.

    • One child: $140 per month
    • Two children: $260 per month
    • Three children: $380 per month
    • Four children: $450 per month
• Bundle Rate
  • Families who regularly use Early AND Later Gators can choose the bundled monthly rate option.
  • Rates are as follows:
    • One child: $165
    • Two children: $300
    • Three children: $435
    • Four children: $520
